Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. $* per night is slightly high. Location is great with a walking distance to epic center. I arrived to the hotel at 7am and I got check in right away. I was happy since I don't need to wait until 3pm. The fitness center is good but there were kids playing inside the room. I think the hotel staff should have more control in that area. The pool is small but do cold you down in a hot day. The room was clean with a nice TV and strong A/C but no view from the window(face to the office window).Overall, a nice hotel to stay for a short trip.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights during a jazz festivial and we were very satisfied. Our room had a jacuzzi tub in it, and we used it every night. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is convinient to everything in Charlotte, and because of it's location we were within walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars. The only gripe we had was the bed is much too hard. Other than that everything was great, and we look forward to staying there again.

Hotel has a great location in the Charlotte Uptown/City Center area. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops. I felt safe walking during the day and at night. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and up to date. Room had a king bed that was very comfortable, love seat w/ table, and desk w/chair. The room did not have a mini-fridge. Wireless internet was a plus (also had an ethernet connection). Parking was located in a parking deck that was part of the hotel. It cost $* per day (most if not all of the uptown hotels charge for parking) and is accessible using the room key. Overall, I was very pleased with my room, hotel staff, and the location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Charlotte Uptown area.

Great Staff, Great Room, except the ice machine had a loud humming sound to it and we were 4 rooms down from it. The view of the pool area would have been great if only there was some water in it. It was May. Other than that, I recommend it for its great buffet breaksfast, service, and hospitality.

The location of this hotel is GREAT since it is within walking distance of all there is to do in Charlotte. The problem is that the room was quite small. There were two of us with a king size bed and we were constantly stepping on each other. Also, I resent having to pay $10 per night for parking. It seems like it should be included in the room rate. Overall you pay for location location location.
